I sent two items back the day after receiving my order (both items didn't fit properly and one had a black mark at the bottom). Two weeks later and I'm still waiting to hear from a representative. I've sent a follow up email and still nothing. Have tried calling the office only to be answered by a machine time and time again. Have posted a comment on their facebook page hoping someone will attend to this.
Beware of buying from their online store, if you need to do a return or exchange you'll be waiting for a long long time!! They also seem to have a lot more 'stricter' rules on exchanges and returns than most fashion stores trading in Australia.

Searched up the site via google and browsed through the sale items.
I purchased x1 size 8 Blush hide and seek cardigan with original price 120 and sale price $59.60.
Postage was $10 Australia wide. which was reasonable.
I believe I still bought a bargain considering it was a designer brand.
Item received in post two days later, wrapped in tissue paper, cardigan really soft, and pretty. fit well and i was happy.
No issues and would buy from again.
