I received an email for a 20% off hoodie ranges for pets.
I browsed the website to see if there was anything that I needed for my pet dog.
I was looking for a pink hoodie.
So i made an order for the followings: x1 FuzzYard Pink Hoodie $64.95 x1 Chest Plate $44.95 Sub total $109.90 VIP membership -$5.50 with free shipping Total $104.41
I thought this was a reasonable pricing for a nice fuzzy hoodie and a chest plate.
The items arrived the next day however the hoodie was not the one I placed an order for.
This was the weekend now, so I left customer service a voicemail, and they kindly responded by asking me to send a photo of the incorrect product. I sent the image through email and they sent me the correct item straight away via express post with a return envelop for me to return the incorrect item.
The items fit my pet dog, she was warm, I was happy.
I was searching the internet for some cute but modern and savvy looking pet accessories. Not many sites came up, i clicked onto this site and it was very user friendly, with a lot of variety of designs to suit your pet.
