JacobLukeWood would not shop at The Fur Bobble Shop again.
Terrible Service
This was our second and last order from The Fur Bobble Shop.
After placing our first order we decided to grab another beanie from them, the ordering process was fine. This one, however took longer to arrive. And that's when things went downhill.
After sending a message to their customer support team we did not receive a reply. When we sent another message a few days later after it had still not arrived and were told the following: "I sent you tracking information days ago. Check your spam folder."
No tracking information was sent and the email had a very rude tone to it. Customer support should be helpful. Not like this.
This is beside the point that tracking information was never provided when the order was even placed. If they had a copy of the tracking number, wouldn't it make sense to send it.
The beanie eventually arrived days later and the product is quite well made and was packaged well.

Purchasing was easy and shipping took 14 days so it wasn't too bad.
The beanies were quite expensive but decent quality and the bobble was super soft.
The website was easy to use however the emails were spare and tracking was provided upon request.
