Quick shipping times, no communication regarding delivery
Ordered a few umbrellas from DD due to the horrendous wet Sydney weather we'd been experiencing.

My order was marked as confirmed the same day.
Shipping to my area was only $4.95 and i believe if you purchase multiple items the shipping charge is combined

I never received any further communication regarding my order, and i arrived home one day (4 days later) to find that my order had been delivered.

In terms of shipping times, very happy! In terms of communication, not so good (as i had no idea about the status of my order/no tracking). But it was good to be surprised with a package once i returned home.

Overall, can't complain about my purchase since it did arrive and arrived quite quickly. Just sometimes, you like to know when your item is shipped/when you may expect it/be able to track your order/etc.

Nevertheless, based on this purchase, would buy from Deals Direct again!

Nice and easy
I haven't shopped with deals direct for a number of years but the process was still simple and easy. Shipping cost was reasonable and they offer easy returns for change of mind purchases within 14 days. I currently use the chiroflow pillow but I read reviews to suggest the mediflow pillow is just as good so I'm giving it a go! Plus it is significantly cheaper.

Mirror Shoe cabinet
I was searching for a mirror shoe cabinet to suit my garage mirror wall. I googled search to do a price comparsion.

Deals Direct came across to be the cheapest, upon entering the website, I signed up to get an extra $10 off my purchase.

I made an order x1 mirror shoe cabinet 5 level storage.

total $101.05 plus shipping $17.95 $119.08. I thought this was a decent price considering the shoe cabinet is normally $140-150.

Item arrived withini 2 days and I was happy with the quality, perfect to what I was looking for.

Their website was made user friendly and easy to navigate product searching.

I will buy from again.

Ordered a Tumble Dryer on the 12th April 2015. Phoned customer service twice to establish why I had not received my order by the 12th May 2015.

I was told by someone in the Philippines that my order had not been dispatched yet???? I told them that was why I was phoning Deals Direct. I was then told my Tumble Dryer was out of stock? They will check and if out of stock they will arrange a refund. IF I DID NOT PHONE DEALS DIRECT THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MY PAYMENT? This is not acceptable. Be very careful when purchasing anything from Deals Direct. Edward Harris
I ordered pet feeders, they refunded me then bumped up the price, now I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive after a whole battle with ordering them again for the same price.
Was disgusted.

Absolutely disgusted
I ordered 2 pet feeders which were $10 each. Within a week I received a refund and no emails from them as to say why and I contacted them and they weren't sure what happened, so I went to re-order only to find they had tripled the price. I contacted them again and they offered me to order at full price and give me back a refund the difference, so my original order was $26 and this time it was $79. So I ordered the pet feeders again and received only $15 of the refund, I contacted them and finally a week later received the rest.

So far only one of the pet feeders has arrived and now over a week later I'm waiting on the other pet feeders.

I can't believe how rude the customer service has been to me, let alone the absolutely disgusting set up they have.

They are a bunch of thieves and the company is a joke
I bought a Sony KD65X8500C 65 Inch 4K it was DOA Faulty that was on the 15/01/16 and it arrived on the 20/01/16, I returned it on the 21/01/16 and now it's 02/02/16 i cannot get anyone to contact me the phone number is disconnected and no one returns the emails,
They are a bunch of crooks and thieves.....

worst customer service / fault products
I have purchased items from this company before, and without issue.

Last month I purchased a tumble dryer, which after 3 uses stopped functioning.
I contacted the support centre for the dyer, and was advised it was indeed faulty and to contact deadsdirect for a warrenty refund or replacement.

I did this via email (via their website) and was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund.

I replied to this, and was sent an email stating they were sorry for my problem and wanted to know what the problem was (it was like it created a whole new ticket and my original message with everything explained in detail vanished into thin air.

I replied again explaining everything, to then eventually get a reply stating they would need to organise a courier to pick up the item.
I replied to this and told them I work 2-4 days away from home every week and gave them dates I would be available for pick up.

eventually i get another reply stating they have booked the pick up, and saw it was for a day I would be away.
Of course I emailed them advising them AGAIN of the dates I am available and told them that date was not one of them, I got reply saying they would change it.
On the day they had originally booked the pickup I found the courier had indeed tried to collect the item and left a card.
I contacted Dealsdirect advising of this along with a new selection of dates I was available.
I got a reply from Michael (same person who messed up the first time) saying he was sorry,would book a new date and let me know once it is confirmed.
Of course no email or confirmation was received, however another pickup was attempted on one of the days I was away AGAIN.

I contacted Michael again and again gave a new selection of availability dates.

eventually I get a call from Michael stating he had organised the pickup and that I can leave it outside.
I was above frustration as once again he had booked the pick up for the next day, a date I was not home, I told him I was up north and not at home, to which he replied again with the fact I could leave it outside (i nearly pulled my hair out, as he was not getting the fact I was no where near my city let alone my house) on a side note he sounded indian, so the communication barrier was there for sure.
I told him I would be available a couple of days later on a monday, to which he advised he would book, and FINALLY (nearly a month after my first contact) the pick up was done.

Of course I sent an email stating I was not happy and wanted a refund instead of a replacement, as I have no interest, nor the patience to deal with this company again.

I also went to contact their customer service manager via phone to make a complaint, to be directed to an obvious voip connection (which you hear when being transferred to an outsourced call centre) and indeed an american/indian sounding person answered the phone .. I hung up as knew it would get me nowhere.

worst customer service ever!
