I came across an email received from Milan of a sale for some bar stools.
These were $120 now $69. New style with extra padded on the top back and knee area.
I placed a purchase for x4 Martini Adjustable high back padded swivel bar stool all in white.
Delivery was quick and item packaging was good. No damages. However x1 missing ring for the bar stool.
I contacted the customer service line - sent an email with an image of what was missing. They were able to provide me with a new ring that will approximately arrive 6 weeks later or a choice of a store credit.
I wanted to wait for the ring item to arrive however I decided to get a further purchase from Milan. I used the coupon code they gave me to make my next purchase.
Despite this issue, it was resolved in a timely manner and I was still a returning customer.
With my previous issue resolved with Milan Direct, I was provided with a voucher to redeem on my next purchase.
I was in search for four cushions for my new vintage royale lounge.
I came across a sale email from Milan Direct where these cushions were on sale from $40each to $29 each.
I placed an order for four mello cushion - natural colour 50cm x 50cm brand KAS for the total of $119.60 with credit coupon $55 and delivery of $19.26.
I received the product within two days, which I am always happy with their delivery service. The cushions were as good as in the pictures on the website.
True to colour and design, quality was execellent and soft and bigger than I thought. I was happy. I will buy from Milan Direct again.

I ordered bar stools - 6 total cost was $815. Outside of the extensive delay and total useless customer service - who provide only the scripted standard information nothing more. The quality of the stools was laughable. Something you would find in a seconds shop. The material was stapled to the frame ok if it was neatly done. ok if the the both the seat and the back was symmetrical!!!have a look at the back of the chair in the third photo? each chair was different shape looked stupid against my bench. it was my second attempt at buying from these guys the first order (same stools) was either lost by milan direct or the courier and i waited months before cancelling. stupidly i tried again.... my mistake. Their call customer service reps arent equipped to quickly deal with issues or provide any satisfactory resolution. im now trying to get a full refund for the rubbish i received. my advice is to stay away they are very amateur.. two bad experiences and counting..
I ordered 2 items in September, one of which should of been shipped within 24 hours, the other was not going to be until the end of October. It is now November and I am yet to receive the item that apparently shipped within 24 hours. I have asked multiple times for an update and get no response. If there is a delay then let the customer know, do not just ignore emails. TERRIBLE customer service. well it is actually non existent service. I have no idea about the quality of the goods I purchased as I have not received them. do not waste your money here.
