as usual, totally inconsistent sizing but amazing jeans for cheap prices!!
In this order, I received a pair of London Rebel flats that I adored, but surprise surprise, although labelled Au size 7 they were more like an Au 5. I contacted the service reps but they didn't care and didn't want to pay for the return postage, even though the sizing was so completely wrong.
I also received two amazing pairs of jeans. One, from Dr Denim, was an amazing pair of high waist (solitaire) jeans which fit like a dream. This was due to there being elastic in the waist - something that if you told me about, I would think was a terrible idea, but in person, it made the waist super tight and flattering, when usually I find high waisted jeans can be too loose and ugly.
The other was a pair of Cheap Monday jeans. Better quality material but less flattering fit.
I kept both but sent the stupid shoes back. If you factor in the cost of the return, it was still a bargain.
I will continue to shop at ASOS but have taken to avoiding ASOS brand stuff - it usually falls apart after about 8 washes.
I recently purchased some school clothes from ASOS. I had recently moved so when I got to check out I updated my address. The next day I checked status on my package and saw that it was being shipped to my old address, I was very annoyed. I contacted ASOS by email because they don't have a call center and expressed my issue to them. Someone named Phil got back to me that same day and said that he would look into my issue and he asked me for my Order # and my address. The next day in the afternoon I noticed that Phil or anyone from ASOS customer service had still not contacted me back about the whereabouts of my package so I sent them a few emails back to back expressing my annoyance with this whole isse. Later on that day someone from there customer service name Sophie emailed back and said:
Hello Yanni,
Thanks for getting back in touch about the address change of your order ########
We're unable to amend the delivery address your order is being sent to. The parcel has been delivered to: ####################################
This was delivered on the 11th August at 13:55 to the concierge.
You can try to retrieve the parcel from the current delivery address or ask the person at the address to return it to ASOS.
If it's returned to us, a refund will then be issued and you'll receive an email to let you know.
If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through our website as normal as I'm unable to place your order for you, for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag.

I was frustrated because basically they where like I had to pay even more money to get my package on a error they made or put my trust in some strangers hands hoping that they will do the right thing and send my package back I could not believe it. I then responded and asked to speak with a manager but I got no reply back they totally stop responding to my emails.
I bought some really nice summer clothes here. This site has a wide variety of clothes - I would always go here if I needed clothes for any occasion. The clothes fit really well and looked just as expected. The pricing is really reasonable for a student's budget - especially with the extra 10 percent off for students.
The shipping was free and very consistently fast. Returns are available, but I've never had to return anything as of yet.

Ordered a multipack tshirt pack and a casual tshirt with a hoodie. As my order was over $40, delivery was free.
After paying with Paypal, my order was confirmed by email. The next day, my item was marked as shipped.
5 days later, my package arrived. In total, just around a week from order placement to receiving my order. Very happy with the shipping times.
The tshirts were good for the price paid. The material of the hoodie was not quite what i expected (you can't always tell from the description, pictures or even the videos). i was lucky with sizing, as i seem to range anywhere from XS to M - pretty much have to take an (un)educated guess and hope for the best.

This order was a pair of peg pants which would have been great if they were full length, but unfortunately they were 3/4 length and made my body look really weird.
They were asos brand, and good quality, but I've learnt my lesson: don't by 3/4 pants if you have wide hips and skinny ankles, as they exacerbate this and make one look rather comical.
On the other hand, recently I bought a t-shirt from ASOS that I loved, and I love their range, so I will continue to try my luck with good old 'SOS.

Ordered a jacket with hood in preparation for the winter chill. As my order was over $40, i received free delivery.
My order was confirmed on the same day of purchase and an email was sent the next day stating that my item had been shipped. It only took 5 days for my item to arrive.
The jacket was thick and definitely warm, so can say im happy with my purchase, as well as the quick shipping times.
Am happy to recommend Asos and will continue to purchase from them.
I recently bought a Closet midi skirt in navy from ASOS, and it is one of my absolute favourites. It fits fantastically and the cut is gorgeous!
I feel like I am biased towards ASOS because I bought ASOS Premier membership a while back, so shipping and returns are always free.
I think if I didn't have it, I would buy less from ASOS because returns are expensive - and it took me two goes to find the correct size in the skirt because I had to size up due to the brand running very, very small!
But my skirt is amazing! I wore it to dinner with the other half's family the other night, and I felt so elegant and pretty. Go Closet brand, and go ASOS for stocking Closet brand.
