Nikon D5200 camera purchased from DWI, arrived quickly and cheaply. Very impressed. Warranty documentation and manuals in Japanese, English copy of manual include on a CDrom.

Blindingly fast delivery
Ordered on Friday arrived...to my surprise on Monday, great service with the exact goods in excellent condition and very well packed. It was a Rokinon lense and DWI also had the best pric. I will certainly use DWI as my 1st option when shopping for camera gear

Good store, terrible courier
DWI as a store was nothing but a great shopping experience. However, the courier used (DHL) was terrible. I ordered a mobile phone from DWI and opted to use the faster shipping option. Needless to say, it took a lot longer to get here than it should have.
I'll definitely shop with DWI again, although I wish they would change couriers. Won't be bothering with the quicker shipping though.

Not new product
Thinking that new is new i bought this product. Well straight out of the box the item was scratced. Then complaining, i got fobbed off. 2 phones ive bought from your store, 2 dud ones. Never again as now your competitors will get my business.
