Overall positive experience
I ordered a pair of Sennheiser headphones which were significantly cheaper through DWI vs in store in Australia. Paying for the order was a little confusing through Paypal but the online chat helped with that. The order was processed and shipped quickly. The courier was slow (not DWIs fault). The package arrived well packed and was exactly what I had ordered. No issues.

No Warranty Service, Don't take the risk!
Bought a Phone, Battery wasn't working correct. The fix took 2 months, but when it came back the sim card wasn't recognized after one day! Had to send it back again! Now after three months I am still waiting for my phone!
Contact only go's through email, no phone numbers, they don't care about anything you say, they just keep saying one more week, one more week. Everything get's send back to Hong Kong, which takes ages as well.
I will never take the risk again and buy from this company, I recommend you won't either! There are plenty other good deals out there, maybe there just a bit more expensive, but well worth it!
