Was very happy with the speed and efficiency of my order. I received the camera, very safely wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap packaging, within about 5 days of my order. DHL were great in that I was able to track my order in real time. Spend the extra money and get express shipping with tracking and insurance for this feature.

Generally good experience
Was generally happy with my shopping experience with DWI, except that the bits (props and landing gear) that came up as free in my cart did not come up as free when I actually paid for it. Then to add insult to injury, the next week you guys were offering a free second battery with the phantom 2. Made me feel ripped off. Other than that I was happy.

Not new product
Thinking that new is new i bought this product. Well straight out of the box the item was scratced. Then complaining, i got fobbed off. 2 phones ive bought from your store, 2 dud ones. Never again as now your competitors will get my business.

Good store, terrible courier
DWI as a store was nothing but a great shopping experience. However, the courier used (DHL) was terrible. I ordered a mobile phone from DWI and opted to use the faster shipping option. Needless to say, it took a lot longer to get here than it should have.
I'll definitely shop with DWI again, although I wish they would change couriers. Won't be bothering with the quicker shipping though.

Blindingly fast delivery
Ordered on Friday arrived...to my surprise on Monday, great service with the exact goods in excellent condition and very well packed. It was a Rokinon lense and DWI also had the best pric. I will certainly use DWI as my 1st option when shopping for camera gear

Repeated order for reliability
Two days after placing the order, I was informed that Samsung GS4 was out of stock. After another 2 days, I was informed that my order was processed. After another 2 days, the item arrived but no one was at home. After another 2 days, the handset was eventually received. Good tracking service and acceptable delivery time frame. One year ago, I ordered from them for the first time. Reliable and recommended.
