When I made my latest purchase I wasn't expecting any fantastic service. How wrong I was!!! I had a really good experience and the communication was good. The product arrived here in Australia much sooner I had expected, which was a bonus. Overall, a very good organisation to deal with. Third purchase of Nikon camera equipment from eGlobal, each received in days, transport fully documented, no GST, and price much better than Australian stores.
Buying quality gear hasn't required any warranty claims - everything working fine so far. I can't rate the warranty, but everything else has been first class. That includes handling of my duplicated order, and providing me the goods at the cheaper of the two prices I ordered at.

This is the second mobile phone I purchased with the store. I have bought a Samsung galaxy S4 one and an half year ago and I have come back and bought one plus one handset. Shopping experience were very good. There was a screen problem with my Samsung galaxy S4 and I have to raise an RMA case and all the staffs helping me were quickly responded and had been very helpful. Clear and quick communication. All I need to do is just to send the product to the given address and eGlobal take care of everything

Samsung Galaxy S5
Bought a phone from these guys. Was a choice between them and Kogan with this site being over 10% cheaper after postage costs.
Was blown away by the speed of delivery. I ordered on Tuesday expecting the phone to arrive the following week. Instead it arrived on Thursday when no one was home so I had to pick it up from the depot!
