Wowee, what a complete shambles! Ok so for starters this is not an Australian Website... Well its built with a .au but really they are Hong Kong dealers. Secondly the shipping price may change at the last minute when ordering, mine went up $26 (from $20 to $46)
Thirdly the items are not in stock, they wait for the buyer to purchase, and then they get from their dealer.
Forthly the shipping is 3-5 days from when they get the item, so this means 2-3 weeks for the buyer
Fifth they continuously LIE about all the things I have mentioned.
Sixth when the item breaks under warranty, you have to send it back to Hong Kong for further investigation and time wasting
I am very happy with their service and received my camera lens promptly within 3 business days. Their website is easy to use. EGlobal was recommended by my dad and I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in cameras, lenses and accessories
