Received ok and on good time. Not sure if product may have a wee fault or not so it's in being looked at but can't complain about the seller in getting it to me well packaged and speedy.
Was a little skeptical at first...but was pleasantly surprised when the goods came through.about 2 weeks after ordering...even though it was left at my front door...(despite specific delivery instructions for the local courier to call me to confirm that I was home).
Anyway, it WAS a genuine article, albeit from HONG KONG Stock...with an International to AUSSIE Power point adaptor supplied at no extra charge. Thanks for that.
Therefore, it charged up normally, sync'd with my smartphone easily and has been up and running ever since. Very happy!

Great phone
Changing from a Samsung Note 3 to this phone is pretty easy. The Redmi has better specs, lighter, thinner and cheaper. So far so good. Slowly adding more apps and seems to handle it well. Definitely faster than the Samsung even when resetting it and starting again.
