Other than the fact that I never received a response when asked if it would take longer than 2 weeks to receive (which in turn meant that I has to redirect the order to my work which proved to be easy as they use TOLL) I had no problem. Quite happy with the quality of the item. One minor thing, I didn't think about the charger. Because the Macbook came from Hong Kong the charger was not Australian standard. I had to use an adaptor to connect it to a power point. It is inconvenient to carry around with the charger.
