Although the website itself is visually displeasing with too many parts and not enough 'breathing space', the service and expectation of the product is as specification.

G Shock
As a new customer I am very Happy to report I have received my new G Shock watch. It was delivered on time and is the genuine watch I ordered. Great service and excellent support.
Have had several dealing with eGlobal and always excellent with great packaging, quick delivery and products as advertised - best of all prices are very good!
I am very please by how they packed the headphones and when there is a query, i get a very prompt response
However, for future urgent international shipping, i suggest you guys better use DHL instead of TOLL as my package kept delaying and their customer service is rude when I followed up.
Bought a Sigma 17-50mm lens from eGlobal recently. No problems at all, fast shipping, bought it Sunday, had it Thursday and I live in a regional area in Qld. Same shipping time as a camera from Sydney. Item was tracked and received regular updates. Was a little worried about using a grey importer, but can say that I would purchase from eGlobal again without a worry.
