I was searching online for a pair of winter gloves. Came across Forever new and saw that they had a nice quilted material one in black which was suitable for work purposes.
There wasnt a sale but the price was decent, $19.99AUD. Shipping was fast and wrapping was great, nice and delicate material, quality was great and the wool was warm once worn.
I havent had any issues with Forever New since then for online shopping.
I browsed the website for something warm for winter - the website was user friendly, it had different categories to narrow the search down.
I placed an order for the following: x1 Lucy beaded coat lilac petal size 6 original price was $99 and I received 20% discount as it was an online store sale.
Total $79 with free postage on orders over $50.
This was a bargain. I received the coat the following day, postage was fast and item was wrapped up nicely - even the buttons on the coat was wrapped up in tissue paper. It fitted well, i was very happy.

I purchcased a pair of lilliana window pane capri size 6 in store. The sales assistant advised that there are many size 4 online available for purchased.
I purchased the size 6 instore and then realised that maybe the size 6 was a bit too big on me.
I went online to purchase the size 4 along with a fleck scarf and key to my heart necklace for free delivery orders over $50.
I received the items two days after and the size 4 was perfect. I was happy and went back into the store to do a refund for the size 6 i bought, I got a credit note instead of a refund.

Brought 20 ip 4s case. The order arrived after a week, and packed nicely bubble wrap and box.
Some of the items in my order is out of stock at their warehouse. However, they always notify to me, and give a refund immediately. The dispatch time is a bit slower than other service, but generally is ok.
Ever since Forever New had released an online shopping website, I have always logged on to check what new weekly releases they have uploaded. I am a big fan of Forever New and used to shop instore.
Recently though, Forever New have begun to offer free shipping for all of their orders in Australia and so hence I decided to give their online shop a go. I found a cheap notebook (a soft pink rubber cover notebook with hearts all over it) that was on sale and ordered that. I received an sms notification when the parcel was sent out and received the item within three business days. I was very impressed. A few weeks later, when Forever New announced a 20% sale on all of their online stock, I jumped at that opportunity and bought a dress (It was a tropical green dress which was sooooo pretty). Dress was received promptly in the mail and it was wrapped in nice pretty crepe paper.
I trust Forever New's online shopping website. I like it how they have tracking on all of their packages so that you know that your package is safe. I wholeheartedly recommend shopping online with Forever New whenever you cannot go into their stores physically or whenever you want to take advantage of their online sales and promotions.
I needed to purchase an item from the store itself but wasn't able to make the trip so I decided to take the option of shopping on their online store.

The item I had purchased was relatively cheap and it was on sale so therefore it was great to see that it had more to offer.
The shipping was great. Free shipping on all purchases without minimum spend. This is a big advantage for me. They use standard shipping on all orders.

Forever New is quite a nicely decorated store offline, it's online store is also quite polished and easy to browse.
I love a store which offers free shipping, in fact I will only shop at ones that do offer it. My order took around one week (7 business days) to arrive which is a little slower than expected but this was during the busy Christmas rush so it wasn't too bad. It was dispatched from Forever New about one day after the order.
It came wrapped nicely wrapped in adorable tissue paper and I happily wore the dress, quality was very nice. Also, I haven't bought anything full-priced at Forever New as I think their prices are a bit steep. Especially as their clothes aren't my style (their clothes = pretty, trendy and classic combined and I'm more suburban). Sale prices are much more reasonable.
Overall, ordering off Forever New was an enjoyable experience.
