With something as long-lasting and expensive as furniture, it's better to have a look at the display units instore rather than purchasing directly online. That being said, their website is nicely designed and has most of the stock available instore. My purchase took awhile to ship and we received it past the expected date. Two of the items were damaged, but their customer service was pretty good and they replaced it soon after.
