JB had a pricing error on a Lady Gaga shirt. It was $2.99 instead of $32.99.
Needless to say they ran out of the shirt, but in a goodwill gesture sent a tote bag of Lady Gaga instead and cancelled the original purchase price as well. That's good customer service.
I like the layout of the store. It is deliberately a bit messy like the stores themselves so it blends in well with the store branding. The surprising thing is, therefore, how easy it is to find what you're looking for. I can't think of another online store in Australia which does it so well.

Ordered a game capture device and arranged to pick it up in store.
I did not shop around for pricing as i wanted to have it in hand immediately.
My order was confirmed the same day and was ready to pick up the next. Only the order number and my ID was required to pick up the item.
The process was surprisingly painless (unlike previous online order experiences I've had). The only pain point was needing to wait for staff to be available and free to serve - there was a 15 minute wait. Waiting times will most likely vary from store to store and the times which you go.
I would consider purchasing online from JB again should i need an item immediately to pick up.
I placed an order for 3 CDs during a CD sale from JB Hifi. They didn't have a great range of CDs on sale, but I didn't find it too difficult to find a few things that took my fancy when they were so inexpensive.
Shipping was also very inexpensive and incredibly fast, with the CDs only taking a few days to arrive. They were very well packed and all arrived in good condition.
I would be very happy to buy from JB Hifi online again, in fact, it was much easier buying the CDs this way than it would have been going in to my local store.
