Terrible service from manager
We bought $7500 worth of flooring, and paid $300 delivery. We were assured by staff and the delivery service that we would be called 30 minutes prior to delivery. This didn't happen, and they came at a time widely different from the agreed time. The delivery service forklift driver then damaged 16 boxes of flooring, tearing through the cardboard and wood with carelessness. They then just left all of the damaged flooring there and drive off. We arrived home to find it in this state and called Masters. We were then informed by an apathetic store manager that they would not pick up and replace the damaged goods for at least a week and there was nothing she was willing do to mitigate the inconvenience. We were then forced to borrow a trailer and cart 16 boxes of heavy flooring back to the store for replacement, as the installer was due within the week. The store manager was not at the store when we arrived. We were served by another team member who advised us we would get a call from the manager the following day regarding refund of the delivery fee. We provided photos of the damage and multiple modes of contact. This didn't happen. We visited the store two weeks later to follow up. Again the manager was not in but promises of contact were made. To this day we have yet to hear from the store manager.
