I am still waiting for the item and it had been 4 weeks now. I emailed them about the order but did not get any reply. There is no direct customer service phone number to contact. So Ozsale is unreliable, very poor customer service, very slow delivery. I will never ever recommend Ozsale to people. Don't even check this site..
I purchased what I thought was genuine a pair of Swaroski ear rings and a necklace - after 5 weeks I finally received the items, only to find out that they were Swaroski Elements which were packaged in a thin plastic sleeve. The items were most definently fake and there was asian writing on the tag. I have sent the item back for a refund and not head anything back and they have said that the items have not been received and I should have sent them via tracking yet when I asked for a street address they could only provide a PO BOX which couriers do not deliver to. Regards unhappy customer will never buy from them EVER again - terrible service and sell fraudulent items
