I ordered a shoe rack from Ozsale in July and shipping takes more than 5 weeks (I live in melbourne metro area by the way). One thing I really do not like about this site is you can only order one thing at a time and if you want to order a second item, you have to pay two shipping fee.
It took a month for Ozsale to ship out my order and after waiting for like 2 weeks, I got a totally different pair of shoes in wrong size! I contacted them, they let me keep to shoes and gave me store credits instead of money. Never again.
I am still waiting for the item and it had been 4 weeks now. I emailed them about the order but did not get any reply. There is no direct customer service phone number to contact. So Ozsale is unreliable, very poor customer service, very slow delivery. I will never ever recommend Ozsale to people. Don't even check this site..
they have very bad service and delay shipping for weeks. also too many times they returned my money back for some items after the other been shipped before let me know. most of the product quality are cheap are made in china I don't recommended any one to buy from this website.

Hi Roze, we pride ourselves on stocking quality products - and these are sourced from all over the world, including Australia, US, UK and well as Asia. It's a shame to hear that you would not like to purchase with OZSALE again - however, should you have any future concerns, you can always reach our team here: http://bit.ly/contactOZ
In the last 2 months I have placed 10 orders with ozsale. Here is my experience. 1 order not available. notified and refunded after 1 month. one item not available in another order, notified still waiting on refund. one order received within two weeks of ordering. All other orders am still waiting for and it has been 4 weeks or more since ordered. As these other orders are coming from overseas it is understandable that it may take some time. My issues are that although tracking tabs are available on items, the link is not valid. It is frustrating that links are not valid. Ozsale are also now deleting any negative feedback or enquiries from there facebook page. And I have also been blocked from liking or commenting on their page. I find this strange almost like they are trying to hide things. I would look at other sites before buying from Ozsale. I used to love them. Have been buying from them for a very long time. They are going through some bad times me thinks.
Beware people do not purchase anything from ozsale or you will regret it!!! I don't know how they can get away with it? People like to have a good deal with easy, honest and hassle free shopping not be ripped off and get stressed. That's exactly what I got from shopping at ozsale. All the stuff I've ordered have problems, it's either fake, no proper labels or broken in short you paying for rubbish. Not worth you're hard earn money. Also, they take forever to arrive.
They did the same to my post and comments on their FB Page, but have yet to block me. They sent me wrong item in order. Requested exchange for correct one and was emailed very promptly with a refusal and no reason given. I followed their process with query as to why exchange was denied, no response. Posted on their FB Page and after a number of people commenting with links to very negative reviews, I got a response requesting I pm the order details. I did this and it has still not been read and no response. I then initiated resolution through PayPal and informed them. Next thing everything's deleted.
I've returned the fake Valentino sunglasses yesterday cost me $11 to sent it back. I've just received my Christmas gift for my baby the other day which took over a month to arrived, one of the item wasn't there, the other one was a wrong size and one of the dress has stained on it. I was very furious and sent them an email and all they can say was, " we don't keep stock in the warehouse, we will refund your money", it's been nine days now and I'm still waiting for my other refund. Also, there was no mentioned about fixing the wrong size and the stained on the dress. The truth is I have lost the trust and confidence in ever doing business @ozsale and I sure will tell people about it because nobody should ever be treated this way, after paying for your hard earned money, waiting so long for it then at the end you get a wrong item or worse you don't get it at all. So, my question to ozsale, don't you monitor the quality and quantity of your stocks? And if you do, then there is no reason why this company don't have the decency and courtesy to warn their customers they don't hold the stock and refund the money asap? I believe ozsale is fraud and needs to be investigate.
In Australia OzSale and Buy Invite are the in the same group of MySale online retailers. Even same customer service and deleting customer complaints from FB Pages. OzSale finally got back to me offering to refund after PayPal had already resolved it for me and got my refund! Glad I kept all the original correspondence and screenshot everything as they were trying to discredit me with this response as if I used PayPal despite it. Even deleting original refusal. Then deleting all my wall posts and comments and blocking me from Posts to Page. I know of at least 6 other people in the last fortnight they have treated the same way!
I feel so strongly about not allowing this practice to happen to anyone else.
I have noticed the exact same thing about them deleting FB comments! In an ongoing struggle at the moment to be refunded for disgusting quality items with a value of $170! They definitely need to be investigated!!
Here is the LinkedIn account of the head buyer for womenswear responsible for bags and accessories. https://au.linkedin.com/in/natalieejohnson A quick search on Facebook and you'll find her personal profile too. If you haven't gotten a resolution try messaging her. Their practices are extremely unethical and those responsible must be held accountable.
I bought a pair of genuine diamond earrings on white gold from this website. They arrived half a month late, after I already sent a lot of email asking when my order would arrive. And when my earrings finally got to me, I was really shocked as their quality was no where near the description they posted on the website. According to the website, they were supposed to be decent diamonds with minimum colour G-I, clarity SI1-SI3, but mine were very visibly yellow. Even the prongs are not straight and diamonds are not symmetrically placed on the plates. And the box it came with looks extremely cheap. What a huge disappointment. What makes it worse is that these pair of earrings are for $400 and they are not returnable..
hey there, for future reference: under australian law if you buy something online and it arrives faulty, damaged or of bad quality, you are entitled to return it.
for such a large sum of $ it is definitely worth calling the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and talking to them about it.
I don't know if it is too late - you probably have to do it within a few months - but for anyone else reading this, if you buy something online, even if it says NOT RETURNABLE, you have rights!! You can return it if it is *different from the description *poor quality *fake.
Poor quality only means that it is of lower quality than a reasonable person would expect!
I contacted the store and they gave me a refund on it. I guess it was not too bad. It was just very annoying to wait extremely long for the items to arrive and to find out that they were no where close to the description. It was definitely my worst online shopping experience ever.
