I ordered quite late with the hope like other retailers I would receive it before Christmas, unfortunately I didn't receive order until January. Regardless that is not their fault, my experience with OO.com.au in the past has always been getting wonderful bargains and good service.
During a promotional period, OO was offering 20% off Sony products. Being familiar with Sony headphones and liking their sound signature, i decided to purchase a pair of their bluetooth headphones, with Extra Bass, with an integrated Mic for calls.
Pricing, compared to what was on the market was very good (probably at least $50 cheaper than the next closest competitor).
Delivery within metro areas is cheaper, and was a reasonable $8. Another great cause is the fact that if you round your purchase to the nearest dollar, OO will match it and donate it to the Childrens Hospital Foundations Australia.
Delivery was a super quick 3 days and the headphones, so far, are highly recommended and rated. Only for those who like the extra "doof"

I was shopping for a cheap turntable for a christmas present and found one on oo.com.au. The package came in time for christmas and was marked fragile all around. Everything was intact and the quality is great.

Ordered a pair of Sony Walkman Headphones and received 40% off metro delivery (saving of around $3).
I received my order confirmation and then my item was marked as shipped 3 days later. The item then arrived the day after. Less than 5 days in total from date of purchase to having the item in hand. Happy enough.
The headphones themselves are great (so far!). Have replaced all my other headphones as my main ones that i use now. I can only hope they last. Very happy with the purchase, and paid $100 less than retail.
OO's website isnt the best to navigate though. Searches often dont work or are very slow. Hopefully the can improve it to make for a better buyer experience.
I would buy from OO again (and recommend them to others), should they have something i am interested in
I ordered two sheet sets from oo.com.au and was very impressed to find that not only were the sheets significantly less in price compared to other department stores, they had a wide range of products (and sale items!) and the actual quality of the product was really good! shipping was moderately fast and the website is very user friendly! Next time i need bedding oo.com.au is the first place i will look!
Purchased a laptop cooling stand. Really good price (all their items are priced well) and there was free shipping at the time.
Item took a long time to arrive (8 days). I'm guessing there might have been a stock issue. 8 days is a long time but it wasn't the end of the world. At least I got it!!
Be wary of warranties on offer, i've noticed that some of their goods don't offer as good warranties as other retailers for the same price. Just my opinion.
Was looking for a good deal on a camera bag and came across this one with free shipping it sounded good. Shipping was fast, I received it today so it only took 2 working days to come and I got to sign for it so it wasn't left on the porch.
