Kept in the loop at all times although delivery was very slow due to high demand of their products (Gold iPhone 5s). Due to high demand, it was close to impossible of getting one at a retail store so decided to purchase online instead. Returns/Refunds can be longwinded because it goes back to Apple via mail and not in store so keep that in mind. Any warranty issues though can be looked at in-store.

My order was marked as shipped 2 weeks later, with an invoice being emailed to me on the same day.
tracking was provided with the order, although actually tracking proved difficult as the item was delivered 4 hours after the stated delivery time. i guess it would be easier to deliver it to a location where you will be for the whole day to ensure you are there to receive the package
if you are happy to pay full retail price, but have your item delivered, then i have no issues to recommend buying from their store
