I ordered a Michael Kors wallet as the retail store was out of stock. The wallet arrived a week later. I was disappointed however they did not include the original box, but they wrapped it in a plastic bag. I expected more from such a company. I followed up with emails and one month later, I have finally received a resolution. They are cheaper than Australian retailers so i will purchase from them again, I'd like retail packaging next time though.
