Very disatisfied with customer service after getting accused of being in the US. All credit card, paypal, email address and postal address are AU. All because I have VPN on for security reasons. Never forgetting the second time was processed under my regular IP. So what if I was overseas and buying it for my son. Definitely stick with ebay and the fantastic seller who sent me the code withins minutes for my sons birthday tomorrow. Oh! and never mind that this is a UK base store selling to Australia.
I have ordered $300 worth of PS4 games from them using there Express post, they have not turned up and after emailing numerous times and getting nothing but excuses they have turned around now and blamed me for giving them the incorrect post code. I have the original email invoices for these orders and both clearly show all details of my post code and address are correct but they will not accept liability telling me it may take 3 months for them to be returned. They should refund my money in full because of their incompetence and not blame the customer. I have added the invoices showing my post code, and it is correct, I have blurred the rest of my address for privacy reason but very clear to see the post code, please avoid this company at all cost.
Follow up on this review so we know the truth. - I have finally been refunded my payment for this order but not before going public with it and being blamed for giving them the wrong information. While I appreciate them refunding my funds I don't think anybody should be treated this way or need to go public before getting refunded. My original score remains unchanged and I won't be dealing with them again.
Not cheap when you don't get working goods nor a return...
Received a PS3 disk that had a tiny chip in it. It will load but freezes in places so the game isn't fully useable. Paid the return postage to the UK for them to replace it. They said they 'cleaned it' and it would load for them, so they returned the same disk to me and would not refund postage. Apparently a chip doesn't constitute faulty goods. I even went to a third party repairer to ask if I could just pay to have it fixed to avoid dealing with this unhelpful company more, but the repairer said that even just from a glance, they could see that whilst the chip was tiny, it was clearly too deep to be useable. So now I am out of pocket now for the game, plus postage, plus I'm told I can gamble again and pay postage to them again, but if they can load it they'll just return it again, so it'll just end up costing me more, especially as I now need to go elsewhere to purchase the game again seeing I can't get a return through Ozgameshop. Again, cheerily, they said they'll put player points on my account for my next purchase, but still won't fix this purchase by paying postage or giving me an assurance they'll refund nor replace the chipped disk if I resend it to them.
