Ordered Sunday night, received Tuesday! Shipping was a reasonable $7.95 because my order was under $50. Everything came in their own plastic bag in a large bubble wrap The Iconic satchel.
This is the second order with The Iconic. It is a weekend/duffle bag that has used as a carry on luggage for a recent short trip. The bag is light weight, very roomy and good quality. I'm very happy with 15% discount code and very fast free shipping. Will keep shopping at The Iconic.
This is my first order with The Iconic. Fantastic experience for the reasons below:
1. Fast handling and shipping, received the order the next day. 2. I ordered a Cameo dress and it is well-made, fits perfectly and very flattering. 3. I used a 20% discount code on top of the already marked down price (because it was in XS and last one left?). So the dress ended up costing a little over $100, which is not too bad for a Cameo dress. In all, I am very happy with the purchase, will buy from The Iconic again.
First time shopping with The Iconic but I've always browsed their hundreds of merchandise. There's a huge variety and a style and price to suit everyone. I got a dress and wedge heels for just over $100! Bargain. Can't wait to receive my order this week.
I realised there was a problem with my necklace in my purchase, contacted The Iconic via Facebook and they quickly organised a returns before the weekend (planned on wearing the necklace on the Saturday) so they were life-savers!!
It arrived in 1 business day via express shipping that was registered so my purchase was safe. I cannot commend The Iconic's customer service enough! I highly recommend supporting this online store.
The Iconic ships your orders incredibly quickly! I didn't have a problem with them, they prepared and delivered my order in 1 business day.
My clothes were affordable as they were on sale, and I think quality is a bit hit and miss - some things very great, others not so much (not really loving the shoe brand Spurr).
However, service was great so I will be back to buy from more expensive brands on the site.

I bought on Tuesday morning, it was packed and ready to be shipped in the evening and finally arrived the next day - so impressive, 1 business day.
Happy with my purchases, most were on sale and shipping was free because my order was over $50. There's a faulty necklace though and customer service dealt with it really quickly - will be sent a replacement.
