I called customer service to let them know I needed an exchange so they set the larger size aside for me. Returning is easy, just print off the postage paid shipping label, stick it on the original packaging and pop it into the post box. Unfortunately even the larger size was too narrow for my husband so I ended up returning the shoes for a full refund. I recently bought a pair of the Airlie heels by Spurr as they were on sale for only $35.00! Shipping only took a few days although on the website it does say express/next day shipping and it took around 4 days to arrive (although I do live in regional south australia).
The products on there are good quality, but its very hard to find what you want unless you know the name of the brand and can search it. If not you have to sift through a lot of boring (and sometimes unreasonably priced) products.
In saying that, every time I order from The Iconic they send a magazine and a $15 voucher (which can only be used if you spend a certain amount). On top of this if you subscribe to their mailing list, you can get $10 off your next purchase (there is also an amount which must be spent to attain this discount).
The service is okay, the shipping is okay, but overall I was happy with the product and it came in time.
