Since M&S opened its Australian website orders are taking longer than ever to arrive. Orders arrived quicker from the UK. Very strange. My last order took over three weeks to arrive from Australia to Australia!
I've always been a loyal customer of Marks and Spencer, unfortunately there's no physical store of M&S here in Sydney. I ordered a few deodorants on the website end of last year since they had free shipping to Australia promotion at that time. My ordered came in about 2 weeks, which is the expected timeframe. However, when I opened my package, my deodorants were all leaking and sticky. I wrote an email for them, but to no reply or response. Guess they just lost a customer then.
