Due to the postage cost being, compared to Asos, relatively high, this order was significantly large. The website quotes 9 working days for an order to arrive to Australia. All I can say, is that Topman needs to update their website as the reality of the situation makes this statement bordering false advertising. Three weeks after no delivery, I made an international call to the Topman customer service. The lady I spoke to was fairly upfront about the whole situation and acknowledged that their packages seldom arrive in the prescribed time frame. If my package didn't arrive in another two weeks, I should call her again. Coming in at 20 working days, my package finally arrived. Topman offers good pricing on it's U.K. sight, much better than their marked up Australian retail prices at least, but the postage time is both inconveniently long and the website needs to acknowledge this. Furthermore, I was quite fortunate all of my ordered clothes were of good fit because if I wanted to return them I would have had to pay for the postage back to the England. God knows how long that would have taken...
