I ordered a custom box arrangement of flowers for my brother's birthday. It included flowers (of course), chocolates and a balloon, and was about $80 including delivery.
I ordered around 4pm the day before I needed them to be delivered which was fine, so perfect for a late gift.
I forgot to add delivery details so I emailed the company after, stating I needed them delivered *after* 5pm. I was very clear, and I received and email back to confirm. The flowers were delivered about an hour early, which was disappointing as my brother wasn't home so couldn't receive them personally.
