I ordered this product online for my office after coming across it on google whilst researching stand-up desk options. Previous to ordering the product I found the information on the website and the online customer service team very helpful. After placing my order online on the 8/4 the product was couriered straight away and arrived at my office after 2 working days on the 10/4. I received a confirmation email the product had shipped as well as a tracking number. There was also an online account on the website created which had all the details and documentation I required on it. The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the item, in my instance it was $40 which I find is reasonable for a large item by courier. Overall I am very happy so far and happy to recommend this product and online store.
