(Review Updated) I ordered a purse and it never arrived. I lodged a refund request which was easy. It said Wish would take 2-3 days to respond. Half an hour later they responded saying my refund has been approved and if my order arrives I can keep it!
The refund takes about a week to be processed but the response was almost immediate which impressed me.
I have purchased many items from wish and have been impressed every time.
If your item is over $30 shipping is free. If it isn't then shipping charges depend on the size of the item. The shipping speed varies some of my items have arrived 2 weeks from purchase and others 4-6 weeks from the order date.
The prices are quite cheap and what you see in the picture is what you get, which is reassuring.
