I purchased a remote control UFO from Kogan as part of a sale. The final price with delivery was $50. It arrived in 4 days from the time I ordered.
I wasn't expecting much from the product itself, when It arrived I unpackaged it and found that one of the rotars was broken. Luckily there were replacements in the package. I fixed it and then attempted to fly it. It worked for about 5 minutes then one of the rotors stopped spinning completely. I couldn't get it to work. I didn't bother attempting to get a refund, I though it wasn't really worth it.
So the product came quick, was priced well but didn't really work. You get what you pay for.

Got nexus wifi They sent me the wrong item and it's taken over a month, yet I'm still waiting The website originally said it would ship in 2-3days which helped me in my decision to buy it. It took them over a week to assess that they gave me the wrong product. (took me 5 minutes once it was out of the box).it's not hard to see a SIM card slot ain't there.. I'm guessing this is a common occurrence on the kogan website. All I can say is buyer beware...
I purchased a 55" LED TV for what I thought was a bargain price. However the item was advertised the next day for $200 less. I thought that as good service they would match the difference, or even allow me to use it as credit, as I planned to spend a further $1000 on the TV - they were unwilling. I know they don't have to offer this but I think it's good customer service.
When the TV was received, I found it to be damaged. The online return form was simple, but trying to get it picked up was a nightmare. They were incredibly inflexible with pickup times:
* I couldn't be home all day waiting for a pickup for a damaged item I didn't ask for * I was told that I should use my sick leave!? * I was told I should take it with me to work (it's a 55" TV, I couldn't find any car to fit it in) * I negotiated for a narrowed down time frame e.g. 3-5pm so I could duck out of work. I was told no, I had to be available all day. * I eventually had to get my mother to wait at my house for 7 hours until they arrived.
Once they received it they sent out another TV (fortunately I wasn't home) when I specifically asked for a refund...I then had a courier keep harassing me to arrange a delivery time as he said he couldn't just send it back to Kogan.
Long story short the refund took so long that I had to cover the cost on my credit card. Beware this discount service retailer.

At Kogan, I bought a Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S. Although I was pleased with the price (one of the cheapest I came across), I was disappointed with the shipping and the overall quality of the product. The shipping arrived almost two weeks after the expected shipping date. The accessories that came along with the phone were in already-open plastic packets, and the quality of the accessories weren't the greatest. Having bought this phone over three months ago, the quality of the phone in comparison to other Xperia Arc S's (which were bought from the other websites) is considerably lower. Next time I'll probably give Kogan a pass and pay the extra money from another dealer.
The worst online shopping experience in Kogan shop
Ordered iPhone 5, after 3.5 weeks asked where is my order and why it takes so long time to deliver it. Didn't get any related response in 6! responses, only template responses from Zoe, David M, Thomas M, Ben, Kate. I've called and discuss it with Josh, he lain me that they didn't received my e-mail and rejected to escalate it to manager, forward call to manager or his provide manager name. 10 mins after call I've received one more template e-mail without any answer on my questions where was mentioned that my e-mail had been received, but nothing about why my telephone is not delivered yet.
