The worst online shopping experience in Kogan shop
Ordered iPhone 5, after 3.5 weeks asked where is my order and why it takes so long time to deliver it. Didn't get any related response in 6! responses, only template responses from Zoe, David M, Thomas M, Ben, Kate. I've called and discuss it with Josh, he lain me that they didn't received my e-mail and rejected to escalate it to manager, forward call to manager or his provide manager name. 10 mins after call I've received one more template e-mail without any answer on my questions where was mentioned that my e-mail had been received, but nothing about why my telephone is not delivered yet. I purchased a remote control UFO from Kogan as part of a sale. The final price with delivery was $50. It arrived in 4 days from the time I ordered.
I wasn't expecting much from the product itself, when It arrived I unpackaged it and found that one of the rotars was broken. Luckily there were replacements in the package. I fixed it and then attempted to fly it. It worked for about 5 minutes then one of the rotors stopped spinning completely. I couldn't get it to work. I didn't bother attempting to get a refund, I though it wasn't really worth it.
So the product came quick, was priced well but didn't really work. You get what you pay for.
Cheap price but the worst after sales service experience considering I was buying an item around $500.. Ordered nexus 4g. Got nexus wifi They sent me the wrong item and it's taken over a month, yet I'm still waiting The website originally said it would ship in 2-3days which helped me in my decision to buy it. It took them over a week to assess that they gave me the wrong product. (took me 5 minutes once it was out of the box).it's not hard to see a SIM card slot ain't there.. I'm guessing this is a common occurrence on the kogan website. All I can say is buyer beware...
I bought a white samsung s3 for 420 dollars delivered. It took about 1-2 weeks more towards 1. I was sort of fustrated becuase of this, but the phone in all its delight was the best, and for the price, its a phenonmenal buy. I recommend this phone to all, it really is a companion of a phone
I ordered a 32" Agora Smart LED TV (HD) at a heavily discounted pre-sale price. The initial shipping date was approximately 2 weeks after the date of purchase; however, I received an email to advise that shipment was delayed for a further 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. 2 weeks came and went but still I had no TV. It was only after I contacted Kogan another week later to query the whereabouts of my delivery that I was advised that my order had been shipped.
Whilst the delivery was significantly delayed, Kogan TVs are excellent value for money and I would definitely purchase one again.
I purchased this 32GB USB 3 Flash Drive after receiving a $25 free voucher from Kogan as of their failure to provide a quality support service when I purchased from them during the christmas so I decided to treat myself to a 32GB USB 3 Flash Drive with free shipping, it ended costing me $29 but for $4 I feel as if it was an excellent deal.
The shipping was a horrible downside, taking them around a week (7 days) days to even mark the item as shipped, although once it was shipped it arrived quickly but it was not packaged very well being sent in a cardboard envelope with the Kogan logo on it, I guess that was acceptable for a small flash drive.
The checkout process was quite easy and pleasing and a variety of payment options such as PayPal were available.
I've got 2 samsung galaxy s3 for a really cheap price! almost half of the retail prices.
Shipping is not that fast, it took around 2 weeks after they said they are processing the orders but considering the price I can get through Kogan, pretty happy overall!
Brought this at the bargain price of $750 delievered (sale, free shipping). Prompt email notifications, came in around a week so it wasn't the fastest of delieveries, Toll IPEC showed up at around 7 in the morning with the TV, well packaged but hard to get out of the box. Tracking was provided through TOLL's website. Support was slow but recently I recieved 2 x $25 vouchers (one for me and one for a friend) to use on their website as compensation, I didn't even ask for it!! They sent it to all people who contacted support during Christmas time I think.
Quite happy with the TV defiantly for the price, can play a variety of formats from a USB drive and 3D is kinda nifty :)
1 Year warranty was provided although extra was offered at checkout.
