have always wanted to try one and the price was low enough for me to bite. delivery was free, so that was a bonus
was contacted the next day and arranged delivery for the next day (saturday). the driver contacted me saturday morning to confirm delivery and arrived by afternoon.
super happy with the service and delivery time
chair seems decent, with everyone in the family giving it a try. massage is only for upper and lower back, but for the price, wont complain. at the very least, its a comfy chair!
if service at bing lee is always this efficient, i would definitely buy from them again
