Description of product item is clear, but clearing order after paying in order to get through the shipment process is abit of a hassle, specially there is no one to clear it during week end.

Nikon d7100 camera. Will choose Australia next time. could have got camera cheaper, no $18.00 handling fee or postage (JB HiFi). serves me right for thinking cheaper product O/S.
Camera was excellent, package excellent, time longer than I expected for delivery.

Great supplier - until there is a problem
I bought several things from DWI without problem.
Then I bought a Nokia 1020. It was supplied defective : a faulty camera & the phone switches on during charging or installing hand grip B& will not switch off. The local agent - Altech - lied about how long this was going to take to fix. I took the defective phone in to Altech personally and demonstrated the two faults - the camera fault and the fault that the phone turning on during charging or installing handgrip & not possible to turn off.
DWI took almost 2 months to "fix this" .
DWI returned the phone still faulty and lied that they had fixed it Now I have to send the defective phone back to Altech - is this going to take another 2 months? I bought this phone for use on my business travels . Because DWI supplied a defective phone & take so long to fix it I had to buy another mobile phone. This is very poor service. DWI seems fine unless something goes wrong - then you can forget your warranty

After my camera purchase arrive with a Chinese manual and no information about the australia warranty I contacted them. They sad they would get back to me and I still haven't heard from them. Great product and great price and fast delivery... Just no follow up.

Not Happy with the Accesories
I bought a Samsung S5 - Brand new from Digital world.The website said available but when I paid the payment I got a mail saying it is out of stock. After a few days, once shipped it came on time.
Also I bought an accessory(Phone Cover) with my purchase. I am not happy with the Cover as it does not fit into the phone nor it is reliable.It fits out with a gap for water and dust to seep in through into the back of the Phone.
I would suggest the company to test all products before selling it online.

Lost Order
Emailed that shipment was to be sent on 14 July, sent two subsequent emails saying item was waiting for courier pick up from DWI warehouse. Finally I telephoned to be told order 'lost' in the system, but they searched their records & finally shipped it on 25 July. Slowest & most confused purchase I have ever had.

Great Product good turn around Good website. Bit hard to get over phone contact with at times but helpful once you get through. Prices seem to be most competitive and was referred to them
