Poor, Poor, Poor
My camera arrive in a very damaged box. Who knows what impact the camera received during transit. Contacted DWI and 21 days later, after 3 emails, received very little attempt to resolve my concerns. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!!

Digital World International - Pathetic after sales service !
After purchasing a 18-135mm Canon lens from this store, I would rate my online store purchase with this seller as the worst online experience ever encountered. • They do not reply to emails. • If you have problems with any of their products, then there is no after sales service. Their after sales service is pathetic! They do not know how to communicate with their customers. • The product that you buy may not necessarily be new. They sent my lens in a miscellaneous brown cardboard box and I still cannot be certain that it was new. • There is no one ever there to answer calls on their customer service number. All you get is a recorded message and they never reply. Yes, they are very cheap…………. but best of luck trying to get them to help if something goes wrong! Most people who have given this seller a positive review have not had the misfortune to go back to sort out a problem with them……… You are on your own if you do!

Stay away from them
I bought a phone from DWI on the 11/11/13 they advised me no stock so I kindly ask to cancel my order then they said stock will be in the next day so I waited, never heard back from them after send over 5 emails so I called them and ask to cancel my order they said refund will be in 24 hours, to cover myself I placed a disputed via pay pal to stop payment within 15 mins of the dispute they email me advising me to cancel the dispute before they can refund the money as they need to be paid first which didn't make any sense so I called pay pal they told me to NOT to close the dispute and they said DWI can closes the the dispute by issuing a refund. Pay Pal email DWI for more information 10 days has passed and no responds from DWI. Pay pal has issued a full refund. So buyer beware. They are nice as pie until you ask for a refund or warranty. If you need to buy from them please use PayPal

Worst Company ever dealt with and worst after sales Service
I bought a phone from DWI on the 19/01/14. I would rate my online store purchase with this seller as the worst online experience ever encountered. • They sent me a locked phone having advertised it was unlocked. It took 2 weeks to arrive in the first place and when you write to them its like an automated email system. • If you have problems with any of their products, then there is no after sales service. Their after sales service is pathetic! They do not know how to communicate with their customers. When I rang their Sydney number you get someone in Hong Kong who is so well trained on how not to help you. • They offer you an RMA service which includes you paying for the return upfront and no guarantee of a credit because they want the product back in Hong Kong before they will make a commitment. Best of luck trying to get them to help if something goes wrong!

AVOID. Worst communication / Warranty / customer service ever
I shared a working environment with other people, So I thought I would get a noise cancelling headphone to help me concentrate.
So I did my research, I figured out that I needed a “CLOSED Back “ type headphone as it isolates the sound and it is quieter.
So I found this headphone from www.dwidigitalcameras.com.au .
On the description it clearly stated that it was a “ Closed Back “ headphone.
However, When I got the headphone, , but I was told that there are so much sound coming out from my headphone that I was interrupting other people.
I contacted DWI and was advised that I could send it back.
But after i paid $17 to post it back, and 3 weeks later, I was told that Sounds leakage is part of the design ,And If I did not want to interrupt other people, I should turn the noise cancelling function OFF.
Really ?????
Also I was advised by their representative that they are not bound by Australian consumer law because they sourced their stock from oversea.
So after all the time that I had spent with sorting this out. I thought I would just find something else, and use the credit from the headphone toward a camera that I was interested in purchasing ($250 more ).
And guess what ? They were not even willing to compromise on this one, They insisted on sending the headphone back to me so I could use it as a dust collector.
So bottom line , DWI's self claimed Australian warranty = No warranty at all. Its not worth the trouble that you have to go through.

DWI do not honour warranty claims!
I purchased an LG G3 from DWI. The phone was faulty from day 1 as the screen kept switching off and flickering. I raised an RMA request after 2 weeks and sent the phone back to them.
They have now made up some story about it being water damage and that it was my fault so they will not honour the warranty claim. This is impossible as the problem was evident since I first received the phone and it's never seen a drop of water. The technician then changed his story and said it was probably a fault with the manufacturing. The crazy thing is that he still demanded I pay $574! Now, they've taken my money and taken my phone and won't return it until I pay them!
This is literally the worst customer service I've received in years. I have since lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs as numerous messages back and forth with DWI have gone nowhere. I will pursue further legal action if I have to but it's incredibly painful.
Bottom line, do not purchase from DWI. Their prices are great but you will get zero support if anything goes wrong.
