Pre Order
I pre ordered an upcoming CD , used a JB Gift Card onling, item was easy to order and price is guaranteed to remain the same if it increases before release. JB Hi Fi has a very basic website but suits it's cheaper prices and great service.

Exceptional service and shipping
I ordered 3 TV seasons on DVD through JB HIFI online and the prices were so good! Shipping cost me a total of $3 and they arrived in my letterbox within a week. I was very happy with the cost of the items and shipping and the tv shows are great. Will definitely go back to their online store.

CD
I pre ordered a Temper Trap CD from these guys and they gave me a free 7inch vinyl, which I quite liked. Delivery was fast (one day shipped) and reliable. JB is always great

JB Hi Fi Online Direct Import
Bought a digital SLR camera (Canon 1100D) and a Lens. JB were really good, they specify what it is you're getting, and are good communicators. I sent their customer service people a query about the time frame as it was unclear at the time and they were really quick with their reply and explained it all. They use FedEx and the product arrived with manual and all instructions in perfect condition.

Convenient, Unique Content
I bought a copy of Oh Mercy's Deep Heat album signed by the band's lead singer - which was great, and it's awesome that the site hosts unique content. However, shipping charges, even if 99c are a little steep coming from such a huge organisation. That said, the CD arrived promptly.

Note though that if you do buy any signed merchandise from these guys, the signed jacket often comes separately from the actual CD - I was pretty confused there for a bit! But it all arrived in the end.

Easy Purchase
I ordered 3 CDs online from JB Hi-Fi during a 20% off sale. I had intended to buy them online and collect them in store however the CDs I wanted were not all in stock at my local store.

I thought that would mean that they would take a while to arrive after I had ordered, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived, all together, in one parcel in less than a week.

The CDs were well packaged and postage was inexpensive at $1 per CD. Taking the 20% off sale into account, I was more than happy to pay the extra shipping cost.

I would happily buy from their online store again.

Better than shopping instore!
I've ordered DVDs/Blu-rays multiple times and also a Kobo Ereader as presents for friends and for myself and mostly good.

The delivery fee was only $0.99.

One DVD arrived in Melbourne the day after I ordered it. Most of the other items ordered arrived within 1 week, the longest took 1.5 weeks.
The 'Click and Collect' function is good too. Many times I've been instore and couldn't find the item I wanted. I've found it's easier to buy online and choose 'Click and Collect' function and just rock up instore with the paperwork to collect the item. The one hiccup was that for some reason the Name on their pick-up slip was the name of a friend who lives interstate and who I ordered some Dvds. I know that I typed my name when giving details etc but somehow their computer system only registered my friend's name. So my pick-up slip had my name on it but the store pick-up slip had my friend's name on it and they took a long time trying to find the item.

Other than this hiccup, I think they have a good system.
