Has been nearly 3 weeks and my order still hasn't arrived,very slow on postage, buy if you are prepared to wait 3 weeks. The pricing is good and they ship in great condition.
Found it through google. Ordered a new controller, NCAA14, MLB The Show 13. All three at the delivery address (work) in just over a week.
Was emailed every step of the way from confirmation of order to being dispatched and then received.
Lower prices than stores and great service. Will continue to only buy now off this website. Unlucky EBgames etc, I'm too lazy to go the store and spend 40% extra on games than having it sent to me for cheaper.
Placed an order for a Pre-order item, release date was just under 2 weeks away from when I ordered it, that came... and went with no sign of my product.
They took my money, and 2 months later I STILL do not have my item.
I have lots of correspondence but all it says is
"I understand your frustration with this, however unfortunately we can not provide information which we do not currently have."
They have offered a refund, but of course they cannot pay me back the money my bank has charged in international transaction fees.
They should never have taken the money without having the product to supply.
This company is irresponsible and should not be trusted.
Purchased Gta IV pre order for the PS3 for a really good price, has not released yet but previous pre orders have been shipped a day after store release.
I was very impressed with ozgameshops prices, they have heaps of good sales. I got a new PlayStation controller and a DS game for Christmas and postage was really quick, even at that time of year! Very happy with the overall service and would defiantly buy from them again.
Ozgameshop never seems to disappoint when it comes to cheap, brand new games at prices way more cheaper then retail. I bought Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and as always the game came in the mail in one week with no problems with the product. I recommend this site to anyone who needs a Video Game purchase.

Every game is completely PAL compatible so you won't have any issues playing or redeeming dlc codes for your games
Excellent service, if you need to cancel an order all you have to do is send them an email and they'll do it instantly for you without any hassle
My only complaint would be that shipping takes quite a long time, my games usually arrive around 2 weeks after purchase, though shipping is free so you can't complain
