Purchased Gta IV pre order for the PS3 for a really good price, has not released yet but previous pre orders have been shipped a day after store release.
Found it through google. Ordered a new controller, NCAA14, MLB The Show 13. All three at the delivery address (work) in just over a week.
Was emailed every step of the way from confirmation of order to being dispatched and then received.
Lower prices than stores and great service. Will continue to only buy now off this website. Unlucky EBgames etc, I'm too lazy to go the store and spend 40% extra on games than having it sent to me for cheaper.
Goods were packaged well. Shipping was a bit long but this can be expected from receiving free shipping from the UK. Price is very good and would definitly purchase from here again.
I've ordered games and accessories numerous times from this store and they've all been effortless and trouble free. Prices are definitely the best you can find around. Shipping isn't the fastest but for what you pay for it's worth the wait. I bought halo 4 recently and it took under a week to deliver.
I love games. I love cheap games! I always worry about imported games but with OZGAMESHOP I haven't had any problem. I've purchased from them several times (3 games on 3 separate occasions). All games have arrived and work fine on Australian consoles. The reason the games are cheaper is because they are shipped form the UK. The only downside is it can take up to 4 weeks for a game to arrive. So it comes down to how quick you want the game and how much you want to pay.
I bought Dungeon Siege III 3 Limited Edition Game PC for $28.99, which was about 40% cheaper than it was in the retail stores. Game came in the mail within 2 weeks and was a legitimate copy of the game! Happy with the price and the quality of the product.

Every game is completely PAL compatible so you won't have any issues playing or redeeming dlc codes for your games
Excellent service, if you need to cancel an order all you have to do is send them an email and they'll do it instantly for you without any hassle
My only complaint would be that shipping takes quite a long time, my games usually arrive around 2 weeks after purchase, though shipping is free so you can't complain
