Bought 2 pairs of shoes from The Iconic. The one for myself fit beautifully and I love it, the one for my husband was a little small. Shipping was super fast - next day delivery!
I called customer service to let them know I needed an exchange so they set the larger size aside for me. Returning is easy, just print off the postage paid shipping label, stick it on the original packaging and pop it into the post box. Unfortunately even the larger size was too narrow for my husband so I ended up returning the shoes for a full refund. It took about 2 weeks for the refund to come through as they had to wait for the shoes to get back to them.
They have some fantastic sales, postage is free and returns are free. If you sign up to their mailing list you get a $10 voucher to spend on anything over $50.
They offer free refunds which they actually follow through on, but it takes about 2-3 weeks for the refund to clear. Other than that, shipping was quick, did get a faulty jacket button once but that was dealt with swiftly by customer service.
things there are quite pricey though, even with the constant discounts.
