Another great experience with The Iconic. Made the order yesterday afternoon, arrived this morning. Love the Dogeared necklace, minimum style, great quality, a bargain too (from $89 down to $35)!
There was a great buy 3 get 2 free sale after Christmas so I took advantage of the offer by ordering some items I had already saved onto my wishlist.
The items were ordered on Friday and delivered the next day on a Saturday afternoon with free shipping. Particularly during a very busy time of year I was happy to avoid the lines in the shopping centre and have great sale items delivered to my front door with ease.
This was my first time shopping at the iconic. I found the process very professional and fast. The website guarantees fast shipping and through the checkout process you are given a specific delivery time to expect your purchase. There was also a tracking number and email to let me know my order was shipped. I was very happy to receive the dress I found online the next day at my front door.
This is my second purchase from the Iconic and I am impressed! Orders are processed quickly and postage is fast, especially considering that I ordered over the holiday period. Everything is really well packed and they often include vouchers for other retailers which is nice. So far i have only bought dresses but they are great quality! The sale prices are a bonus :) Would definitely shop here again and would recommend The Iconic to anyone.
Poor Customer Service, Inventory control and No package
I ordered an item on the 19th of December with an expected delivery date on the following Monday the 22nd. No package arrived. I had to call numerous times over the next eight days to follow up. They had no tacking number, no communication with the warehouse. I asked for a refund, to which they indicated they would forward this onto the refunds team and call me back. I got no return calls and pro mised. I was promised to have a refund by the 29 and would receive a call. Guess what no refund.
I had to chase them up once again and they gave me the usual scripted run around. I said I would lodge a complaint with the Fair trade office and they promptly refunded the money. Shows how hard it is to get a refund, by using delaying tactics.
I get a follow up email stating they actually didnt have the item in stock. Glad to see they are willing to charge my credit card and are very reluctant to give a refund.

I ordered on a pair of gorgeous wedges on Thursday morning and they arrived on Saturday which is slower than usual but that's because I chose the cheaper $4.95 Saturday shipping option, it arrived on Saturday in the specified time frame of 1pm-6pm in the usual The Iconic grey bag.
I love my purchase, I think they were a really good buy due to price and quality. I would recommend the Saturday Shipping Option for those shopping on Friday as the weekend delivery means you have your 'urgent' purchase for the night out or for use on Sunday.
Overall, I always have excellent experiences with The Iconic, it's good to see them introducing new things that'll benefit their customers. Well done The Iconic!
I returned a pair of boots in August, received confirmation of return and refund 12/09/2014 and of this date 10/11/2014 the refund is yet to be received by my credit card company. Absolute disgrace, Consumer Affairs have agreed after reading their corespondence to give them a shake up. Simply not good enough. approaching 3 months to refund a return. My advice is to stay away.
