Living in Sydney, I was extremely impressed with Iconic's offer of 3 hour delivery. Although I didn't live in the range to receive this service, the shipping was overnight for the price of nothing. I bought some spike-up heels which were very high quality and just as I expected it. The only problem I may add, is that the products are at times a little pricey.
Iconic might the benchmark for online fashion in Australia, I ordered a pair of sneakers which were discounted and shipping was also free meaning more savings.
When the order arrived it came in a sturdy iconic box and everything was nicely packaged.
Overall, definitely a keeper.

Great big selection of apparel, footwear and accessories. The sales are better than retail stores. Purchased twice from this store. Shipping is free even for a $40 clutch. I received the product within a week. I wouldn't say that my purchase was 'express shipped' as I received both purchases after about 3 days of purchase. I purchased a pair of senso shoes which were purchased about $100 off it's full price. They were definitely shoes that I would hardly come across in terms of style, quality and price at a retail store.
If you want great discounts for products use The Iconic. I bought a few button up short sleeve shirts from them. Delivered in around 3 days.
Great brands, local shipping and good prices. Just don't expect much in the way of service. I had an issue with sizing which took two weeks for them to fix. I managed to get a good response from their Facebook Page.
I recently bought a pair of the Airlie heels by Spurr as they were on sale for only $35.00! Shipping only took a few days although on the website it does say express/next day shipping and it took around 4 days to arrive (although I do live in regional south australia).
The products on there are good quality, but its very hard to find what you want unless you know the name of the brand and can search it. If not you have to sift through a lot of boring (and sometimes unreasonably priced) products.
In saying that, every time I order from The Iconic they send a magazine and a $15 voucher (which can only be used if you spend a certain amount). On top of this if you subscribe to their mailing list, you can get $10 off your next purchase (there is also an amount which must be spent to attain this discount).
The service is okay, the shipping is okay, but overall I was happy with the product and it came in time.
Items purchased : A pair of spiked up boots, a pair of sunglasses. I found the website very easy to use with good pictures that allow you to zoom in for better viewing. Description of each item was also clear. The products matched the pictures online so I was very pleased with the quality. The free shipping only took 2 days which was such a delightful surprise. I found the pricing to be compatible with the quality offered. It was also convenient for me to sort my search by pricing or popularity.
