The Iconic continues to be favourite store! They stock a whole bunch of amazing stuff and their returns and terms and conditions are FANTASTIC!
I bought an American Apparel top in baby rib, which was too big, a Dorothy Perkins shirt that was way too flourescent, and an Atmos and Here Lana Smock dress which was juuuust right.
Because of the great returns policies I got to return the things I didn't like for FREEEE yay!! And they give you 100 days to make a return!
And so I am left with a beautiful dress that I love, and I got to try the other items for free, without having to pay a crazy amount to return them!
I would heartily recommend this store to anyone who loves online shopping but who is sick of paying postage and return costs, and also to any noobies who aren't sure whether they want to deal with the sometimes difficulty of online shopping!!
I ordered a UK size 8 shoe. I was sent a UK size 7 shoe. I sent this back, but was sent another UK size 7 shoe instead of a UK size 8. When I contacted The Iconic, they said they'd get back to me within 1 business day. They didn't. I contacted them again. I was once again told I'll be contacted within 1 business day. 11 days have now passed, with still no resolution in sight. The customer service representative I last chatted to would not immediately escalate the issue to his manager. I had to ask him to escalate it whilst I was chatting to him.
I've also had to make 3 trips to the post office because the courier they use couldn't be bothered to bring the delivery to my door. There was someone home at all times on each delivery day.
This is one of my favourite online stores. They have free delivery and free returns for 100 DAYS!!
That means you can shop, secure in the knowledge that if you don't like it you can just put it back in the bag, adhere the label and whisk it away to be refunded. For cash, none of this credit note foolishness!
Right. Infomercial over. I bought the Spandex Crop tank by american apparel, which was super cute, and the Edie skirt, which is ok. I mostly wear the skirt during the day to uni, and it's more of a staple than a standout. But the top is fab and I get compliments all the time.

Me and my mum ordered four pairs of shoes off the iconic. Although not the cheapest shoe selection the quality is quite good for what you pay! On top of that because we spent over $90 we received free shipping and a further discount off our shopping cart so four pairs of heels worked out to be $90.86 which is great value. The shoes came THE NEXT DAY which is truly amazing as shipping was free. The website is easy to navigate and purchase. Although if you are a 7.5 i would get a size 8 shoe as both me and my mum are and they fit perfectly. They have quite a safe returns policy as well, giving you up to 100 days. The shoes came in a huge bag with boxes inside which was fun to receive! Will be ordering from here again!
The $4.95 Saturday deliveries are such a treat for me, after a tiring week, receiving mail on a Saturday afternoon is a great delight!
I ordered a lovely River Island dress and it arrived in the expected time frame, loved my order! It was on sale too which made the price more reasonable.

I had been lusting after a particular scarf on The Iconic website for a few weeks but just couldn't justify the decadence of 'another scarf' to myself.
Happily for me, not so much for my bank account, when I checked up on the status of said scarf, it had been discounted to a price that I felt I could justify to myself so I just couldn't resist.
Of course, I then found another scarf that I liked, that was very inexpensive.... and then I was so close to spending the $50 free shipping limit that I had to find a few other scarves to take my total over the $50.
So I bought 4 scarves.
The scarves arrived really quickly and were really well packed. They are just lovely and they were very well photographed and described on the website.
I am very pleased with them and it is highly likely that I will buy from The Iconic again.
