First time ordering off this site. They had a massive sale so thought "why not?" I ordered late Tuesday night. I arrived home Wednesday afternoon and found the items on my doorstep. I was not expecting to receive them so fast! Items came perfectly packaged and looked like the pics on the website.

First time shopping with The Iconic but I've always browsed their hundreds of merchandise. There's a huge variety and a style and price to suit everyone. I got a dress and wedge heels for just over $100! Bargain. Can't wait to receive my order this week.
I realised there was a problem with my necklace in my purchase, contacted The Iconic via Facebook and they quickly organised a returns before the weekend (planned on wearing the necklace on the Saturday) so they were life-savers!!
It arrived in 1 business day via express shipping that was registered so my purchase was safe. I cannot commend The Iconic's customer service enough! I highly recommend supporting this online store.
I made an order on 9/10/13 at 11pm and received an email at 11am the next day to say my order has been packed and ready to be shipped. I then received my package today the 11/10/13 in the morning. I am really surprised how fast it arrived.
My order consisted of a pair of ankle boot, pointy stilettos, black flats and a tshirt.
The best thing was that free shipping was included!!
The Iconic is an amazing store that has a huge range of clothing, usually selling at a cheaper price than actual stores. The website is extremely easy to use and the shipping for Australia is free!! My parcel come around 2-3 days later and the quality of the product was amazing. Products from the store is at an reasonable price and is cheaper than what is sold at an retail store as said before. I've bought both clothes and shoes there, and they fit perfectly.
Its a great store, its very reliable and i definitely recommend buying from here.
This is my first order with The Iconic. Fantastic experience for the reasons below:
1. Fast handling and shipping, received the order the next day. 2. I ordered a Cameo dress and it is well-made, fits perfectly and very flattering. 3. I used a 20% discount code on top of the already marked down price (because it was in XS and last one left?). So the dress ended up costing a little over $100, which is not too bad for a Cameo dress. In all, I am very happy with the purchase, will buy from The Iconic again.
This is the second order with The Iconic. It is a weekend/duffle bag that has used as a carry on luggage for a recent short trip. The bag is light weight, very roomy and good quality. I'm very happy with 15% discount code and very fast free shipping. Will keep shopping at The Iconic.
