Good order and prices, helpful at resolving problem
I placed a large order with SJS Cycles for a lot of things for my upcoming cycle tour:
1 x Suntour Extra Thick Heavy Duty Straddle Wire for Cantilever Brakes - Each 1 x Tubus Roundstay Clamping Bolt 1 x M5 Stainless Steel Nut Nyloc - Pack Of 10 2 x Clarks Stainless Steel Universal Derailleur Inner Cable - 1.1 mm - W6082DB 2 x Clarks Stainless Steel Universal Brake Inner Cable - W5089SS 1 x M5 Stainless Steel Washer Form A - Pack Of 10 2 x Kryptonite KryptoFlex Cable 7ft Length / 2.2 Metres - Requires Padlock 1 x MKS Prime Sylvan Touring Pedals 1 x Ortlieb Water Bag 10 Litre
The postal service screwed up and failed to deliver the parcel of the order (too long a story to go into here but definitely the postal services fault not SJS), but SJS were quick and helpful communicating and sorting it out and getting a replacement parcel sent out. The items were well packed and competitively priced compared to other bicycle stores (I did a lot of shopping round and bought from several stores where cheapest) and I was happy with the order.
