I bought the item 'Vying attention' dress for $35. They have free express shipping so I got it only 2 days later which was awesome! The dress fits well and I would have no problems buying from Lucy in the sky again.
The shipping was amazingly fast and only took 3 days which was a much better experience than what I had before with this company... I ordered shorts which the quality did not live up to the price tag... However due to the hassle of returns for this store I decided to keep it instead. It's hard for a lot of things to know how quality is, and also the sizing was a bit off... Unlike a lot of other online stores they do not state the model's height and size of clothing that they wear so it is hard to make judgments.
I ordered two dresses on express overnight shipping from this site. One was received the next day, however I was notified via email that due to incorrect restocking, the second was not actually available and my money would be refunded. Which would have been fine if I was relying on the dress for a function that weekend. Major letdown.
This was my second purchase from this store and it was one of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a playsuit for my friend and did not receive, and still have not received it. It may not be their fault for why I have not gotten it yet because the postage service that they use is very bad. They say they put it outside your house, but I called and they said there was no proof of delivery, but insisted me that it was delivered already. However I understand that it may not be in their hands, but the customer service that I received from them was horrible. I had to message them at least 2 times before I got a response, and I did not spam them at all! I waited at least 3 or 4 working days for a response and never got one before messaging them again. Also for the first few times I did not even get a proper response, all they said was to call the place which I did and complained again. In the end and after more than a month, and many raging messages I finally received store credit as a refund. But this was AFTER I had to suggest it to them. So I was forced to purchase from them again.
I ordered a dress from Lucy In The Sky, this was my first time ordering and it was quite a good experience! The dress was exactly as shown in the pictures displayed on the site, and the sizing was correct as well! I would recommend to purchase maybe early or middle of the week on a weekday to ensure that your parcel comes in a few days, because there's free express shipping to Australia. Although the shipping was good and fast, I found it a little unsafe that they just left my package outside my house. So I would probably advise people to send it to a workplace, PO box or make sure that someone will be home.
