I ordered a skirt off choies after seeing the store recommended by a fashion blogger. They have a great selection of clothes on their website at reasonable prices. However, he skirt took much longer than the promised shipping time to arrive and when it arrived it was too small, meaning the sizing measurements were off. I contacted the customer service team who said instead of returning it i could receive a voucher and get another skirt in the size up for $15 instead of $21. I agreed but many weeks past and the skirt did not arrive. I brought to their attention that it hadnt arrived and it had been a long period of time. They replied that they would have to take away the voucher they offered as i had accepted the cheaper price for the skirt even though they had not specified i could only choose one. They also said they would send it out then, as in they would send it many weeks after it was due to be at my adress. I have only just received it and its already autumn. Not very happy with customer service, good products but otherwise an average shopping experience.
