This was my second month of using Coles Online's new website, it is much easier to shop for products previously ordered, I scheduled my monthly shop for a few days ahead and it was delivered within the time frame chosen. Some products were out of stock and were substituted but I was still charged the lower price out of the two. I would recommend shopping here.
I enjoy doing my monthly shop with Coles, I schedule the order a few days ahead to get the best delivery time. Coles have just launched a redesigned online store and it is so much easier to navigate. You can now search by keywords, as well as filtering results such as gluten free, fat free etc. My order arrived within the delivery window and was packed securely, no items were damaged. Definitely recommended.
I have used Coles Online on occasion when I'm having a busy week. It is an excellent solution to traipsing the shopping aisles when you have too much else to do. There are many delivery times available and the delivery drivers are prompt as well as friendly. They are happy to carry the groceries into your home for you. One fact you may want to consider is that you can only receive your order is someone is home to answer the door. The products have always been fresh and there is a replacement service if what you have requested is unavailable. Most of the products are delivered in biodegradable bags which you can use for your compost bin if you choose to.
This months grocery shop encountered some difficulty, I received a text message saying my order would be delivered 60mins late and when it arrived, I was missing 2 goods. Despite this, after doing my monthly shop at Coles online for the past 18mths , this is the first time I have encountered such problems. Still recommended.
I order my monthly shop through Coles online, this order was scheduled to deliver on a Saturday morning. The order arrived on time and no groceries were missing. The ordering process is quite easy but the website design is a little stale. Recommended for convenience and larger shops.
I do a monthly shop with Coles Online, they always deliver within the selected timeframe, my only gripe is that they sometimes forget an item or two, or I end up with a few items I didn't order them. A simple email to their customer service team fixes it and they apply a credit. Overall very convenient.
I have ordered from Coles 4 times, and had different results each time.
The first and second, everything was perfect.
The third, the order arrived late, the vegetables were half the estimated weight and rotting, and some parts of my order weren't included but I was still charged. I sent an email to customer support, and received a reply almost immediately giving me a credit for the delivery fee/vegetables/missing items.
The fourth, I found that only half the promised credit had been received. I sent another email, and this was rectified, but still quite annoying. All the items in this order were perfect. Delivery was an hour late, but I did receive a call warning me and asking if I had any issues.
Overall, this is a great service. It's really cheap to get it delivered, and is a giant time saver. I'd suggest not planning to cook with your delivery straight away though, in case you do encounter issues.
Also, the item substitution service is great - if they don't have something, they'll pick the closest option and charge you for the cheaper. It's good to note, however, that this does not apply to alcohol or tobacco. Many of the wines I've ordered have not been in stock, and they just didn't charge me for them.
