This was my second month of using Coles Online's new website, it is much easier to shop for products previously ordered, I scheduled my monthly shop for a few days ahead and it was delivered within the time frame chosen. Some products were out of stock and were substituted but I was still charged the lower price out of the two. I would recommend shopping here.
It is so convenient to do my monthly shop online, Coles makes it easy to find the products you need, delivery times are quite flexible and the website is easy to use. My order arrived in perfect condition with a few freebies thrown in which was nice. Overall an always pleasant shopping experience.

Coles Online is the easiest way to shop, I do my monthly shop online and find searching for items, ordering and checkout is simple. I like the Free Delivery Wednesday when you spend more than $100. My order always arrives within specified time frame and you are often given samples with your groceries. Definitely recommended.
I've always preferred shopping at Coles compared to Woolworths but they need to make more products available online if they want to remain competitive. I couldn't find some of the items I usually order which is a little annoying. Overall it's decent and stores my credit card details so I don't need to dig it out each time.
