Misleading...very misleading
This GARMIN Forerunner 15 was advertised as originally $240 (this according to GARMIN is the bundle price, including heart rate strap).eGlobal have supposedly reduced the price to $165. The website advertises the item as gps AND heart rate watch but they don't include the strap to measure heart rate.It is useless without the heart rate strap, and becomes just a basic gps watch. GARMIN said the retail price for watch only is $199 NOT $240 as eGlobal has is listed. eGlobal were useless at providing customer service, you don't speak to a real person and and it's all RMA exchange which takes ages. Go to this link to see the RMA history of my problem. I will never be using them again and have set up a Facebook page to deter people from using them in the future. Ironically eGlobal came highly recommended by two work colleagues.

Need to improve in communication media

I got the phone Mi3. Unfortunately it phone didn't work. I tried to reach you immediately. But there is no way to reach you by any contact and there was no online support except email. Also the delivery was delayed. And i was not happy with the phone because the basic functionality itself is not working. I felt very bad.
My feedback is please have a toll free contact where any customer can reach you.

Arrived late
I paid for delivery in 2-3 working days and it arrived in 11. I was given the wrong tracking information and I was not refunded for my express shipping even though it arrived very late!

Wowee, what a complete shambles! Ok so for starters this is not an Australian Website... Well its built with a .au but really they are Hong Kong dealers. Secondly the shipping price may change at the last minute when ordering, mine went up $26 (from $20 to $46)
Thirdly the items are not in stock, they wait for the buyer to purchase, and then they get from their dealer.
Forthly the shipping is 3-5 days from when they get the item, so this means 2-3 weeks for the buyer
Fifth they continuously LIE about all the things I have mentioned.
Sixth when the item breaks under warranty, you have to send it back to Hong Kong for further investigation and time wasting

Sold me an item out of stock
I was promised a 3-5 day delivery time and this ended up being almost two weeks. I was told after 2 days that the item was out of stock and i would have to wait longer. They assured me it would be delivered by the end of the week however this was not the case.
